Goddesses Never Age is about agelessness, or ageless living, which is what you experience when you engage life without fear that you’re going to fall—or fall apart. We are long overdue for a paradigm shift in what we believe about growing older.

I have been burned out about reading, it seemed like the same message over and over again. Different authors and titles but the same message, nothing new being presented. One day Dr. Christiane Northrup’s videos came to my attention and they had resonated so loudly within me as I felt like this is it, the missing link to get people to take notice. Then the book, Goddesses Never Age came into play the truth; “The real fountain of youth is the fountain of happiness, well-being, and connection with “the Divine Beloved” (or God—and you get to call it whatever you want, whether it’s God, Goddess, Source, your Higher Power, the Universe, All That Is, or any other name that speaks to your heart and spirit). The anti-aging prescription is to love life, try new things, and savor your experiences. ”
It is time we wake up and start to move in to the new and stop buying into the old. We do create our reality with our thoughts and actions and if we want to be healthier and happier it is up to us to make a difference and not anyone else. There is no magic pill or cure, we are the answer we are looking for.
The reality is that our bodies are not separate from our thoughts or emotions. They’re not separate from the planet Earth, our great mother, or from the sky and the stars. Understanding this will help you see why it’s so important to let go of the toxic beliefs and feelings that keep you from experiencing optimum health and well-being.
If you are unhappy with your life, having health problems or just feeling like there is something missing in your life then this book is for you. I can not put enough emphasis into how pertinent this book is to read if you want to physically, mentally or spiritually be healthier and happier. To say the least I loved this book!
